pm 11 . munson park trails. low 6's in the trails and on 2 miles back towards town.
fri- 3 chillaxin miles with the dog and my bad ass muthafuckin Dad.
Sat- 12 to slap some pole.
sun- 16 @ oak openings.
totes- 71. run run run, errybody.
